Our skilled and compassionate teachers are dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing environment for our students. They bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to their classes, and are committed to ongoing professional development.
We offer a range of classes, workshops, and events to support your yoga practise and deepen your understanding of yoga. From beginner classes to advanced workshops, there is something for everyone at Wøle´Yøga Studiø.
We encourage our teachers to embed the Ashtanga philosophy and integrate all of the eight limbs of yoga, which include: Yama (moral codes), Niyama (self-discipline), Asana (posture), Pranayama (breath control), Pratyahara (sense withdrawal), Dharana (concentration), Dhyana (meditation), and Samadhi (oneness with the self) into our regular practice.
Founded in 2015, Wøle´Yøga Studiø was born out of a passion for yoga and a desire to share its transformative power with others. Originally started as a small community class, Wøle´Yøga Studiø has since grown into a thriving yoga studio with a dedicated following.
Over the years, Wøle´Yøga Studiø has evolved into a hub for yoga, wellness, and the community. We have expanded our offerings to include workshops, events, and trainings, and have cultivated a team of talented and passionate teachers and leading edge therapists.
Our vision at Wøle´Yøga Studiø is to create a space where people can experience the joy, peace, and transformation that comes with a dedicated yoga practise. We are committed to providing high-quality instruction, fostering a supportive community, and promoting holistic wellness.

Lucinda has been teaching Yoga for 7 years and first stepped on to the mat over 18 years ago. Yoga became a sanctuary where she could just “be” away from the stresses of a busy career in Fashion Production.
Yoga and movement was a natural progression for her following dance training in her youth and it very quickly became her sanctuary. After a few years she noticed that her practise had deepened and it was no longer just another form of exercise to keep her in good shape but something had changed in her mind too - there was a calmness and a clarity that helped her to deal with life in a whole new way.
Lucinda teaches Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Yin Yoga, 26/2 Hot Yoga and Yoga Nidra Meditation.
She is a well known and popular teacher across the West Essex area and also teaches Strength & Balance Referral and Rehabilitation classes in partnership with the West Essex NHS integrated Care Board and Epping Forest District Council.
Her classes incorporate physical and mental strength as well as relaxation and meditation techniques and she is an instructor known for her passion, dedication and caring instructing style that embodies physical, spiritual, and mental strength.
She looks forward to sharing her love of yoga with you and to welcoming you to her classes.

With a background in dancing, yoga became a way to make sure Jeanette could stay healthy and care for herself. In 2014, while living in New York City she joined a 200h Teacher Training and yoga has since become part of her daily practice. Sound healing called to Jeanette at this time as well and it quickly became something she couldn't get enough of either. She loves to continue to learn and share these beautiful practices that have been so profound for her own life and well-being.
Jeanette's classes are a time for you to exhale, release and recharge in this fast paced and constantly changing world. This is the space that gives you that well deserved break and a chance to reconnect with yourself again. Allowing you to remember how equally important it is in life to give time for rest and rejuvenation.
