PRIVATE YOGA PRACTICE

You will be able to participate in private yoga sessions with a practitioner of your choice at a convenient place and time for you.

Through our collaboration with the Movement For Modern Life, you will be able to access a range of yoga styles led by experienced practitioners. The virtual yoga studio has arrived! The classes range from beginners to advanced and also offer you the flexibility to join your favourite teachers at one of these excellent studios. If you enjoy the experience why not enhance your practice by taking out a package at the studios below.

We have introduces an on-line class booking system on the Vcita platform. This will allow you to book private yoga sessions and yoga retreats with participating practitioners. The system will provide all parties with e-mail and text notification.
